Fee Schedule
If your claim is successful, Parker Kerrigan's fee is up to 30% + VAT (36% including VAT) of any compensation recovered, on a no win, no fee basis. The fee is tiered by the compensation recovered and is charged per agreement:

VAT is charged in addition at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). The fee is Parker Kerrigan's, and you pay Motor Resolve nothing. If your claim is unsuccessful you pay no fee. You have 14 days from signing to change your mind.
You do not need paid representation for car finance claims. You can complain for free directly to your lender, the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), or the proposed FCA redress scheme. A claim made through a claims management company or solicitor may not necessarily be resolved more quickly, or with a better prospect of success.
