Your claim is handled by Parker Kerrigan, a trading name of Harcus Parker Limited, solicitors, authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA No. 653501), on a no win, no fee basis. The document pack below contains the agreements you enter into with Parker Kerrigan, including the engagement letter, the damages-based agreement and the applicable privacy notices. Read it in full before signing. You have 14 days from signing to cancel, and no cancellation fee applies.

If your claim is successful, Parker Kerrigan's fee is up to 30% + VAT (36% including VAT) of any compensation recovered, on a no win, no fee basis. The fee is tiered by the compensation recovered and is charged per agreement:

VAT is charged in addition at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). The fee is Parker Kerrigan's, and you pay Motor Resolve nothing. If your claim is unsuccessful you pay no fee. You have 14 days from signing to change your mind.
